Adult Counseling
Therapy, in general, is a partnership with a trained professional counselor, where you feel safe and heard in an attempt to work through challenges, achieve goals, and improve your quality of life.

Ebullience Counseling
Licensed Play Therapist and Tele-Mental Health Provider
Therapy can be a difficult decision for most people. I work hard to create a safe space for my clients where we can engage and build rapport to achieve the goals discovered through our immersive conversations.
I am passionate about helping not only adults, but also, giving children an open environment through play therapy where they can express themselves at their own pace with ease.
I strive to build a collaborative, trusting relationship with my clients to help them be productive and healthy in all aspects of their lives.

My Approach & Values
I use traditional and non-traditional methods of counseling. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches; such as, creative, play based activities, strength-based interventions, Narrative therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Person Centered therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe that the most effective technique of therapy depends on the needs of the client.
